We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic School Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy administration team at Shaftesbury School.  The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the School dealing with visitors, pupils and staff. 

This is a varied and busy role to include a variety of admin tasks and dealing with the First Aid needs of students. 

(Full training for this would be provided)    

The Reception is open during term-time from 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 15:30 on Friday.  However there is flexibility around working hours and part time or a job-share would be considered.   

Shaftesbury School is a thriving 11-18 secondary school (NOR 1,050) with an international state boarding facility, established in an area of outstanding natural beauty.  We have recently been judged as Good in all areas by Ofsted.
