Loreto High School Catholic 11-16 mixed comprehensive school.

The Governing Body of Loreto High School wish to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to work as part of our team.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the reception area, provide administrative support and will work operationally alongside PA to Headteacher, SLT, students and their parents and external agencies to promote whole school customer service.  

Duties will include 

• Reception duties including signing in visitors, taking and directing calls and providing customer support.

 • Ensuring school letters, EVC forms, and other school documentation is created accurately and sent out to QA standards.  

• Deliver first aid to staff and students.  

 • Support the PA to Headteacher with administrative and organisational duties as directed.  

You will have a proven track record of building relationships in a working environment and with the wider community. You will share our commitment to safeguarding. A non school background will be considered but must be able to demonstrate an administration background with a strong desire to work in schools.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check and first aid training.
