A. Full day:

08.00 – 16.15 (36.25 hours per week)

 

B. Job share:

AM: 08.00 – 12.30 (22.5 hours per week)

PM: 12.00 – 16.30 (22.5 hours per week)

 

Salary:                  Band 2 Scale pt.  4 – 5 (Full time equivalent: £21,289 - £21575)

A.   Actual salary 36.25 hours/week: £18,225 – £18,557

B.   Actual salary 22.5 hours/week: £11,312 - £11,518

 

Contract Type: Permanent (pending successful completion 6-month probationary period)

We seek to appoint a confident, friendly and self-motivated Receptionist and Administration Support who will act as a welcoming and professional ambassador for the school as first point of contact for students, staff, parents and Governors as well as external organisations and stakeholders. We are looking for a skilled Receptionist with the ability to provide administration support to assist in the provision of a high-quality seamless service by the Administration team to the whole school community. This role can be conducted as a job share (morning/afternoon), or as a full day role.

Lostock College is a mixed, secondary modern, Christian secondary school without sixth form situated in Stretford, Manchester. It is a community state school, operating under the Diocese of Manchester in an area with a large amount of selective grammar schools. Affiliated to two teaching alliances, the school works closely with Altrincham Grammar School for Girls and Loreto Grammar School. A smaller than average-sized secondary, it will provide 740 places for students aged 11-16, when fully subscribed.
