Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a part-time Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract.

Your opportunity

As part of Harris, you will join a community of staff dedicated to transforming education in London. Our aim is to help you achieve your ambitions more quickly.

The school will close the advert early in the event we receive a high volume of high calibre applications.

The hours of work will be 13:30-17:00, Monday to Friday, until the end of the Summer Term 2021.

What we are looking for

• Good ICT skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook 
• The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both verbally and using written communication.
• The ability to effectively manage own time and prioritise work in a demanding environment.
• The ability to work effectively and positively within a team.

Harris Primary Academy Shortlands opened in September 2014 in order to provide additional, high quality primary places for local families. We believe that every child is unique and that each deserves the opportunity to be happy, feel valued and experience success.
