An exciting opportunity to join the team at Oasis Academy Enfield 

Oasis Academy Enfield is an inclusive school where students make good progress from below average starting points to achieve above average outcomes including those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. This school is committed to nurturing students with both academic competence and fully developed character.  

We are looking to appoint to the following role as soon as possible: 

Receptionist and Reprographics Technician with strong people skills who can provide a warm and engaging welcome to our Academy.  

The post requires a high level of communication skills with adults and children both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in using word processing and spreadsheet packages would be an advantage.  Ability to work as part of a team is essential, along with the need to operate under your own initiative. You will need to organise a significant workload and be able to meet deadlines with a flexible approach. 

Duties to include: 

• Reception duties to provide courteous advice, information and help to staff, students, parents and the general public 

• Undertaking reprographics work

 • Some basic administrative support  

Scale 3 SCP 14 – 18 (Outer London) + Local Government Pension Scheme 

37 hours x 39 weeks (term time only), actual salary £15,945 - £16,930 pro rata
