Coworth Flexlands is an Independent Prep School and Nursery offering high-quality education for girls from age 3 to 11 and boys to age 7. It is a warm and welcoming school with long serving staff and supportive parents and governors.

The school is ideally located in 13 acres of beautiful grounds on the Surrey/Berkshire borders with a forest school for outdoor learning and a wide range of facilities and opportunities. The school has a stimulating and engaging environment where students are encouraged to have inquiring and independent minds.

The importance of inspiring minds and nurturing spirits is at the heart of the school approach both for students and staff. We are hugely fortunate to have a fantastic team who are motivated and driven by our desire to be a school that celebrates every child and every achievement whilst inspiring our pupils to try new things and aspire to be the best whilst being proud of who they are now.

We pride ourselves on hiring the highest quality teaching and administrative staff and invest in professional development to support growth and progression. As part of United Learning we benefit for the resources we share as a group. Staff are rewarded with good career opportunities, better pay, benefits, and ultimately the satisfaction of supporting the school in their quest to give every child the opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential.
