Bromley High School are seeking to appoint a part time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the School.
The successful appointee needs to have excellent attention to detail, be proactive, flexible, with a hands on approach and be willing to help with other tasks within a busy school office environment.
The post is part time, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8am to 4.15 pm (with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break), a total of 21 hours and 45 minutes per week. This is an all year round post so you will be required to work during the school holidays.
The post attracts a full time equivalent of 30 days’ holiday (pro rata to 18 days per year for working three days a week) plus Bank Holidays (pro rata).
The Admin Team at Bromley High School is a close knit, friendly and supportive team who work well together and everybody demonstrates a degree of flexibility in supporting each other and their roles.
