Salary: £16,095 - £17,030 per annum
(37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and customer service focused professional to join the Student Services Team at Chesterfield College.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of delivering high quality customer service with a range of customers, and be able to demonstrate an organised and professional approach to administrative tasks associated with this role.
Experience of supporting and mentoring colleagues / apprentices within a work setting are essential as the post holder will mentor a small team of apprentices through their learning framework and their day to day operations in front of house functions.
It is not essential to have worked in an educational setting previously, however the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate transferrable skills including; interpersonal, time management, organisational, communication and ICT skills.
