We are looking for a part-time receptionist to provide cover at our Ealing College Campus. Working front of house, you will play a key role in delivering first class customer service within a fast paced environment. Using your initiative to respond to enquiries from Students and members of the Public, you will have a friendly, professional and can do approach to your work. The reception core hours are 8.30am-7.30pm Mon-Thursday & 8.30am-4.30pm Friday, hours are allocated on a monthly rota basis.
This is a stand-alone role and will suit someone who is comfortable working autonomously and taking the lead to ensure own/departmental tasks are completed on time. You will be able to prioritise a busy workload and manage conflicting deadlines with ease. Flexible and determined, you will understand the importance of being a committed team member.
