7.30am – 3.40pm including 1hour lunch break
(FT salary range £18,324 - £19,374)
(Pro rata salary £15,764 - £16,667)
We are seeking to appoint a full time Receptionist who will be a valuable member of the office administration team, this person will be the first port of call for contact to the school. This will include attending to students, parents, teaching and support staff, governors and all other visitors to the school. It is essential that they are proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel.
Candidates must enjoy working as part of a team, be able to work under pressure, be attentive to detail, have good communication skills both face to face and over the telephone and preferably be conversant with SIMS and website management.
