Job overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and efficient Receptionist to be the first point of contact for all staff, students and visitors to the School.  


The Receptionists are responsible for maintaining a professional front-of-house service, answering and directing switchboard calls and dealing with face to face queries.   


The successful candidate will have experience of operating a switchboard and strong MS office skills. Previous experience working in a busy reception environment is desirable.   


Hours: Monday – Friday 07.30am – 15.30pm

The school site is situated by the Thames. It has over 20 acres of sports pitches. It was established in 1834 and moved to its present site in 1986. The school is governed by a board and by the City of London Corporation, which appoints its governors.
