We currently have a vacancy for a professional, well-organised and preferably, experienced Receptionist to cover maternity leave with an immediate start.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors to our school and will have the skills and ability to complement the existing administrative team by:
- Acting in a courteous, diplomatic and professional manner to ensure outstanding customer service is provided at all times
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, pupils, visitors and staff - a community language is desirable
- Being resilient, flexible and able to work in a very busy environment
- Being pro-active in dealing with the day to day administrative tasks to support the administration team
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of ICT and keyboard skills and have a working knowledge of SIMS or other school MIS. Previous experience of working in a similar role in a school would be advantageous. Good time keeping and regular attendance is essential.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
