Term Time +2 weeks (41 weeks per year)

St Paul’s Way Trust School is seeking to appoint an outstanding Receptionist Office Administrator, with a calm and professional approach to facilitate the smooth running of the general office.

The focus of this role is to provide an efficient and flexible high quality service to support of the General Office team operating a variety of administrative processes and procedures and developing them as necessary. To manage the school’s main reception, following the necessary protocols regarding visitors and maintaining vigilance at all times in accordance with the Safeguarding Policy.  

The post holder will be expected to deal with internal and external queries in an efficient and effective manner and to support the wider administration team in the organisation of events and meetings.
