Forge Valley School is an 11-18 Academy sponsored by Tapton School Academy Trust.  Our school ethos is founded on the principal that ambition and endeavour are key components in achieving success.  Currently serving around 1400 pupils, our new, purpose-built learning environment has excellent facilities to help us deliver our curriculum.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, professional and motivated Receptionist. The purpose of the post is to provide a professional and efficient Reception service for the school and work as part of our main office team. The successful candidate will possess emotional resilience and the ability to communicate effectively with visitors, staff and students and will be welcoming to all, whilst operating in line with our safeguarding procedures. Candidates will need to be extremely well organised, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and should be able to remain calm in a busy environment. Strong IT skills (specifically Microsoft Office) are essential.
