37 hours per week, Term Time only

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Receptionist to join our admin team. Acting as first point of contact for all visitors to the school you will create a welcoming environment, dealing with all enquiries appropriately, whilst maintaining professionalism at all times. 

The successful candidate will be a friendly and flexible person, who will be expected to undertake various administrative and reprographic tasks and oversee the smooth running of the reception office. 

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate:

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills

• Very good numeracy/ literacy skills

• Good organisational skills and prioritisation 

• First aid trained, or willing to undergo training

• Experience in a reception or admin based role

About The Hart School

The Hart School is an 11-18, non-selective, oversubscribed school from September 2021 located in Rugeley, Staffordshire. We currently have 1195 students on roll including a growing sixth form of 150 students.

We are part of the growing Creative Education Trust and work closely with a family of schools to raise standards and to enable students to achieve their potential, thereby ensuring students are given the educational opportunity of a lifetime.
