Receptionist

Come and join our friendly reception team at Strode’s College, Egham, where you will provide a first point of contact for all learners, staff and public enquiries and liaise with appropriate College departments.

As a Receptionist, you will be calm and professional in your approach, delivering an effective and responsive front line service and support and take pride in the delivery of quality customer service to all internal and external customers.

You will also utilise your prior experience of working in a customer facing role, in addition to being flexible, enthusiastic and methodical in your approach to working practices.

You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload effectively and have demonstrable IT skills. You will also be able to work under pressure and self-motivated to initiate and resolve problems and queries.

The post is term time and the working hours are 12.30 – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required.
