Required as soon as possible: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this well-established Church of England 11-18 school, which has long been held in high regard by the local community. The Governors are looking to appoint a personable, friendly and confident ‘Director of First Impressions’ to represent the school in a professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and have the ability to build excellent relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a school or similar environment.
The successful candidate will:
o Be the first point of contact for the school, dealing with all callers and visitors in a warm, polite and tactful manner
o Ensure that the front of house runs efficiently and effectively and is presentable and welcoming at all times

To be successful you will:
o Be organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same
o Assist the school with a wide variety of administrative tasks, requiring a good level of IT skills
o Be a first aider (training will be provided)
o Support our culture and ethos that is fully inclusive and sets the highest expectations.

o The progress made by the majority of pupils currently in the school is improving strongly and rapidly. Their progress is now good.
