Post 1: Hours: 20 hours per week, term-time only (including 5 training days) working from 08:00 to 12:00 Monday to Friday 

Post 2: Hours: 20 hours per week, term-time only (including 5 training days) working from 12:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday 

We are seeking Receptionists at Wootton Upper School to join a supportive and friendly administrative team.  The ideal candidates should have good interpersonal, IT and communication skills providing a warm welcome to all our pupils, families and visitors to the school.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions are essential.

Wootton Academy Trust  is a multi-academy trust made up of two academies:

Kimberley 16 - 19 STEM College - opened as a 16 - 19 Academy in 2013, specialising in Science and Mathematics. The College has over 650 students, over thirty different Level 3 courses and is the largest sixth form provider in Bedfordshire. The School and the College are both located in Bedford Borough; Kimberley is in the village of Stewartby, three miles from Wootton. Both are rated good by Ofsted.
