Are you a passionate and pro-active individual that is confident to engage with prospective apprentices and provide high quality information, advice and guidance (IAG) in relation to apprenticeships and other training programmes?  If so, we’d love to hear from you.

At the Chesterfield College Group we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and efficient training solutions to employers through the robust recruitment and on-boarding of prospective apprentices.

We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing individual to provide effective information, advice, and guidance to potential learners, assessing suitability and eligibility for commencement of apprenticeships and other training programmes.

Working alongside our business development team, you will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with employers, prospective students, apprentices, and other key referral agencies to ensure positive outcomes for all.

You will be experienced in achieving high stretching targets, be responsible for monitoring and managing applications to apprenticeships and carry out effective pre-registration and screening of candidates for a variety of programmes.

This post provides an opportunity to gain a wide range of experience and the opportunity to develop your knowledge and mentoring skills.  You in turn will become part of a valued team working together to ensure success.

The role is predominantly based at our Learning Unlimited Derby Centre on Pride Park, however, occasional travel will be required to and from our Chesterfield office and to and from a variety of events.  A full UK driving licence is therefore essential for this role.
