We are looking for a bright and highly organised Recruitment & HR Administrator to play a key role working within the CST team. The Trust is growing and developing significantly; the post holder will be crucial in providing a key support service to all Trust schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a successful, growing Trust, offering a varied and challenging role, requiring calm efficiency, an eye for detail and good humour, and the ability to build strong and positive relationships with all schools in the Trust. 

You will have effective communication skills, with the ability to answer recruitment queries to all levels of staff.  You will be self-motivated, able to work effectively and collaboratively with a variety of staff members across the Trust.

This position is currently based in Bristol Cathedral Choir School at our central Trust offices, located in the centre of Bristol. The successful candidate will be joining a small, welcoming team who work closely together and enjoy supporting one another.
