E-ACT are embedding and developing a regional model in the delivery of both education and operations across a geographic area. This is proving highly effective and successful in maximising resources in the current challenging financial environment. An exciting opportunity to work in a newly created role has now arisen as a Regional Recruitment Co-ordinator to work centrally within the Regional Office across the six Academies under the direction of the Regional HR Lead.

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Co-ordinator to work in our busy Regional HR Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills and they will assist the Regional HR Lead to provide a comprehensive Recruitment Service to all areas within the Region, comprising of six academies.

This is a fast paced role and therefore your ability to prioritise your work with minimal supervision as well as work as part of a team, is essential.
 

Previous experience of working in HR /Recruitment is desirable but excellent administrative skills (including IT skills) are essential for the post, as is a keen attention to detail and the ability to challenge to ensure policy is followed. Safer Recruitment experience would be an advantage.

 This is an ideal opportunity for someone wishing to gain experience of working within Human Resources and Recruitment within Education.
