We are currently seeking to recruit passionate industry or education professionals to join our growing team of teachers, assessors, learning support assistants and more.

You don’t need any previous experience of working as a qualified teacher as you will be able to study for a teaching qualification through either our new Learning & Skills Teacher Apprenticeship (from September 2021) or by studying for a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (Also known as DTTLS) both of which will be funded by the College, who will be there every step of the way to support and guide you to achieve success in the role.

• Maths and English (Learning Support Assistant’s only)

Northampton College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational further education college situated in Northamptonshire. It is a 16-plus institution with three campuses: a major building at its main Northampton site, a smaller campus near the town centre and another 20 miles away in Daventry. It provides places for around 9,000 students aged 16 and over, most of whom are full-time and aged 16-18.

Northampton College was opened in 1973. It merged with Daventry Tertiary College to expand its Daventry campus in August 2004, and its Booth Lane campus reopened after a large redevelopment in 2012.
