South Staffordshire College require a Recruitment/IAG Officer to join the Apprenticeship and Employer Engagement Team. We support businesses of all sizes to engage with and invest in emerging talent. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and confident recruitment professional to join our growing Apprenticeship and Employer Engagement Team department and to have an active role in the delivery of our ESIF funded project. The successful applicant will liaise directly with employers to maintain and further development employment opportunities for learners; and prepare and deliver information, advice and guidance (IAG) sessions to prospective learners.

Experience within a recruitment or sales role is essential. Experience of working in the further education sector and familiarity of funding guidelines would be an advantage.

You will work efficiently and effectively towards individual and team performance targets in line with the business expectations. You will be interacting with employers and prospective learners, and will be required to use various methods including face-to-face meetings, social media, telephone interviews and events to target potential learners and promote the full college offer. 

Applicants will hold a full, clean driving license as travel to different campuses, events and employer visits is essential.
