Goole Academy are looking to appoint a Reflections Manager to join our academy team in January 2022.
Salary: Grade F Points 14 - 19 (£23,080 - £25,481 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata

Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only + 5 days / Permanent

Your new school
With close to 1000 pupils aged between 11 and 16 housed in a mix of modern and traditional buildings, Goole is a busy and vibrant place with great access and an exciting future. There is significant development and investment on the horizon with the announcement of major multinational companies bringing significant funding to the area. One example of this is the arrival of a £200million Siemens Mobility project developing a brand new train manufacturing plant and supply chain rail village.
Your new role
In your new role, under the direction of senior staff, co-ordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising standards of behaviour for learning.
