Salary:                £23,500 per annum

Contract:            Permanent; Term Time Only

Unfortunately, this role is unable to accommodate remote working as an expectancy of the role is to travel across multiple schools

Location:            This post is located across all of the services within our London Region, and will require the post holder to be timetabled at the below sites on a weekly basis:

  • Isleworth
  • Hillingdon
  • Slough

Additional Information: The post holder may also be required to travel to other services within the group on an ad hoc basis and must be flexible to do so

An exciting opportunity has arisen as part of our growing London region, where we require a dynamic person to fulfil the role of a regional administrator to work across all our sites. The post holder will need to be flexible and prepared to transition between the existing teams to provide further support to cover the areas of work that have generated because of our growth. The benefits include being part of an experienced team where you will work with all members of the team across the week, to gain the required knowledge to support their work tasks. This role is not remote, it is site based.

The post holder must hold a full UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle to travel to the sites.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a creative, resilient and enthusiastic Regional Administrator to join our growing school and existing Administration team.

Essential:

  • Above all else we are looking for someone with the right attitude and outlook
  • IT skills: The role will involve using multiple information management systems and communication software
  • Good communication skills in a variety of formats
  • Proactive approach to administration, a high level of organisation skills, and the ability to multi-task
  • The job is more than just admin, and so the willingness to get involved the whole-school ethos is essential

Desirable

  • Experience in working within a school/ office environment
  • Commitment to personal development and training
  • Ability to adapt to existing procedures and review regularly to ensure the office runs efficiently
