Regional Assistant Site Facilitator for Heartlands Academy.
This is a great opportunity to an individual with general all round maintenance skills, and a “can do” attitude. The idea candidate will have previous experience working within caretaking/property maintenance environment and be familiar with carrying out a variety of different duties across multiple sites and possibly on a split shift basis.
We are looking for a hands on, proactive, responsible and safety conscious person who is self-motivated and resourceful. The post holder will be supported by the Site Facilitator, but will be expected to have a good standard of ICT skills, experience of working with property maintenance systems, excellent maintenance/DIY skills, and the ability to demonstrate working both independently and as part of a team.
