We are seeking to appoint a full time Regional Business Manager to work across Parkwood and Pathways E-Act Academies. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership of the business and financial operation of the Academies to meet financial performance targets and ensure long term financial stability. As part of this role you will be expected to prepare reports, analysis and forecasts against budgets, co-ordinating all financial processes to meet monthly and annual audit requirements whilst ensuring all financial policies are adhered to. You will also lead on payroll and staffing analysis ensuring cost efficient strategies across the region. You will also lead on procurement, asset management, contracts and developing income generating opportunities whilst overseeing all operational workstreams across the region, providing management and support to the Regional Operations Director.
