We are looking for a Regional Director to unite schools in an unwavering commitment to the highest expectations and achievement, regardless of background or ability. Through implementing a strategic education vision, embedding a shared culture of excellent teaching and learning and driving region-wide improvement strategies, you will be responsible for achieving outstanding outcomes across the region.
An influential advocate, you will be responsible for promoting a compelling learning offer, growing student numbers and strengthening the profile of Ark and our schools with parents, key stakeholders and the wider community.
Ark is an international charity, transforming lives through education. We have 35 schools across the UK in Birmingham, Hastings, London and Portsmouth. As a network, we are united by the same core purpose, but each Ark school has its own unique ethos and character. Ark exists to give every young person, regardless of their background, a great education and real choices in life.
