Outwood Grange Academies Trust, is seeking an outstanding leader of SEND to work across our southern region initially.

You will be based at Outwood Academy Newbold where you will lead the Additional Resource Provision for Medical and Disability.

The post is a key appointment in terms of enhancing and ensuring the positive life chances for our students through success and achievement. As such we are keen to recruit a dedicated and ambitious professional who will add value to our Trust in both academic terms and through involvement in the fabric of learning and success beyond the classroom. The person we are seeking to appoint will be dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated in order to develop the life chances of our young people.

You must have qualified teacher status and have a working knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory guidance. You will be a qualified SENCo (or working towards the qualification) and have substantial and successful experience of raising the achievement of SEND and vulnerable students.
