Regional Site Operative

E-ACT are looking to appoint a full time Regional Site Operative to join our South West premises team, initially on a fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent post.

We have 4 sites to work across each with beautiful grounds and the successful candidate will work with us to provide the best possible learning environment for our children. 

We require practical, positive and energetic people who would take pride in maintaining our schools. You will play an integral part of the estates team and assist in ensuring that the environment (inside and out) is safe, well maintained and meets Health and Safety requirements. Duties will include security, general maintenance, ensuring safety, good order and tidiness of the school sites.  

The successful candidate will have hands on experience of buildings and grounds maintenance and compliance, be a natural team player and communicator, and be able to demonstrate resourcefulness and a flair for ‘getting things done.’
