We are looking for a personable, organised and efficient person to undertake this key role in our busy and over-subscribed girls’ prep school. Previous experience as an independent school Registrar is desirable and, as a confidential PA, essential. Most importantly, the role requires an enjoyment of the variety and unpredictability of life in a busy school.
A competitive salary will be based on qualifications and experience.

The Old Vicarage is an iconic Grade 2* Listed castle on Richmond Hill and is home to the only girls’ prep school in Richmond.
The school provides an excellent educational experience for girls who thrive in a safe, secure and stimulating environment supported by outstanding teaching from experienced and dedicated staff.
Classes of no more than 15, enable teachers to understand the individual learning profiles of each girl, ensuring that their potential is recognised and nurtured.
