Leighton Park wishes to appoint an enthusiastic Registrar to oversee the school admissions process from initial enquiry to the student joining Leighton Park. This is a very important role, with responsibility for the school’s relationships with prospective parents and students, as well as playing a key role in strengthening Leighton Park’s relationships with feeder schools and academic agents. Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service and a proven track record in relationship building are essential.

Together with the Director of Marketing and Admissions and the Marketing Manager, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring that the school meets student number and composition objectives. In part, this will include providing leadership and positive support to the Admissions Team. Applicants should have strong commercial acumen, with close attention to detail, strong IT skills and an ability to interpret and report on complicated data.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of school admissions and have the drive and initiative required for this multifaceted role.
