The Loughborough College Nursery team is looking to recruit relief Nursery Support Workers to join them in providing outstanding quality Nursery care and Out of School Club support.


You will be responsible for safeguarding the welfare of children in the care of our Nursery and Clubs. You will assist in providing and facilitating safe, stimulating, challenging and fun activities ensuring that individual needs are met at all times.


To be considered for the role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:


  • Good standard of Literacy and Numeracy. Qualifications in Maths and English Levels 4-9 (GCSE Grades A-C) or equivalent. 
  • Significant experience of working with children in the Early Years age group.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Commitment to the improvement and maintenance of standards.


A Level 2 Childcare qualification would be desirable, but not essential to the role.
