We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Pastoral Leader. Responsibilities include: monitoring of attendance, rewards and sanctions; liaison with outside agencies; safeguarding; behaviour management and parental meetings. 

The post is offered on a temporary basis until Easter and thereafter on a casual basis to cover periods of absence.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and an ability to relate to people at all levels and in particular our students. Excellent behaviour management skills, resilience and strong organisational skills are essential for this role.
