Smart Teachers is recruiting for a Religious Studies Teacher to join a school in Hounslow, West London. This full time teaching post is available for a September 2017 start, which will include a generous permanent offer for the right candidate.

  • Teaching across KS3 and KS4 - there is room to teach KS5 (A level) as well depending on the candidate. Other arrangements can be made to teach KS4 and KS5 only, which also depends on the candidate

  • Salary grade – MPS depending on candidates experience
  • Salary up to £40,000
  • September 2017 start

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Education/ PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
  • Have proven experience teaching the UK curriculum (essential)
  • Strong behaviour management (preferred)
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
