Exeter School is the leading co-educational day school in the southwest, educating over 930 pupils aged 7-18. An HMC and IAPS school, situated on a 25-acre site near the city centre, our strong links to the local community, well-established pastoral care systems and fantastic teaching enable us to challenge, inspire and deliver the very best learning to our pupils. 

We are looking to appoint a Reprographics Supervisor to start as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Deputy Head (Co-curricular, compliance and ICT), the post-holder will play a key role in running the Reprographics office including producing the bulk of the School’s printed matter, supervising the maintenance of all reprographics equipment and purchasing stationery for the school.

This position requires a dedicated, adaptable, self-motivated individual able to work to varying deadlines. Good IT and written and spoken communication skills are essential as is experience of working in a reprographics department and in a customer facing role.  Specific qualifications, experience and/or training should be made clear on your application, and all will be advantageous in the application process.   

This is a permanent, full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.  Hours of work are 8.30am to 5.00pm with one hour for lunch. 

The role will attract a salary in the range of £23-25,000 depending on experience as well as generous benefits including a free school lunch during term time, access to the school’s facilities, free on-site parking (if space available) and an 8% employer contribution to the school’s approved pension scheme. 

Closing date Friday 21st January 2022 (midday).  Interviews will be held week commencing Monday 24th January with a desired start date as soon as possible.
