Full Time - 37 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a Reprographics Technician and Administration Support to join our dynamic Communications Team. The successful applicant will provide an efficient reprographics service to the School as well as a hospitality service and general administration duties when required. They will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy Reprographics rooms, scheduling and prioritising job requests from Waingels staff and students.

 

The successful applicant must be organised and be able to manage their time effectively. They must be someone who takes pride in their work, seeks high attention to detail and is able to meet tight deadlines. Being able to use their own initiative, working independently and as a team is essential. Experience in this field or background is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

 

Applicants should also look forward to working with young people, be good listeners and communicate well with colleagues.

All successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check and online child protection training.
