Grace Academy Coventry is part of a three Academy trust supported by a foundation team.  By working together and sharing knowledge, expertise and resources we are able to achieve more together than would ever be possible in isolation.  Our Academy has a new Principal and we are on a rapid journey of improvement  towards  outstanding.

 The right candidate will provide a provision of general teaching support facilities, i.e. Reprographics and basic ICT support, as required to the Academy community relating to the management of the Reprographics Department and supporting the ICT Department in a basic capacity.  ICT training will be given as required.

The Academy puts wellbeing and development at the heart of its work and we work hard to look after our pool of talented staff who are encouraged to grow, develop and work collaboratively.  CPD is offered, however, the right candidate will be encouraged to self-develop with the support of the Senior ICT Technician.

The Academy has outstanding facilities and is a spacious, welcoming workplace. We have a modern, well equipped gym that is free to use for staff.  There are many ICT suites with up to date facilities available for all staff to use and every classroom is equipped with a smart board.  Every member of staff is issued with a laptop for their own use.    Our students are pleasant and have high aspirations for their future.

The position is on a fixed term basis for the first 1 year with the opportunity of becoming permanent.  

About you  

You will be a skilful Reprographics Administrator with prior experience in education who will have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office products and Desktop Publishing software.  You will be a positive, forward looking individual with the energy to maintain and develop an already established Reprographics Department. You will be flexible, pro-active and enthusiastic, wanting to bring cutting edge practice into the areas where you work.
