Rowing Coach, part-time

Required from September 

A peri Rowing Coach is required to support our successful rowing programme, working variable hours including Saturdays and school holidays.  The role involves coaching girls of different ability levels in sound technical knowledge of the rowing stroke, safely managing groups of students on the water and assisting with boat handling.

This role will move to a permanent one once restrictions due to Covid-19 are lifted. 

Experience of rowing and coaching and a good knowledge of boat maintenance are essential.  The successful applicant must be able to drive a launch and understand the rules of the river, preferably with experience of the Tideway.  Knowledge of strength and conditioning training would be an advantage.
