We seek a highly motivated and inspirational Rowing Coach to work co-operatively with the Head of Sport and Fitness, and the rest of the PE department, at this ambitious state boarding school. The successful candidate will have experience of coaching and rowing to a high level. They will have excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate others.
As a Rowing Coach you will be required to deliver four midweek after school coaching sessions per week, typically 2.40pm to 5pm Monday to Thursday, additional evening training as required plus manage and coach a team on Saturdays, including Saturday morning and/or afternoon fixtures.
The successful candidate will have experience of coaching Rowing within schools or clubs.
