SAFEGUARDING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Salary: Grade 4 Point 7 £12,546 per annum

 (Inclusive of London Weighting and Ealing Supplement)

Term Time Only Three days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) 8.30am to 4.30pm.

 Please note this is a fixed term contract for one year in the first instance. 

Start Date: As soon as possible 

We are looking for a Safeguarding Administrative Assistant to work with the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and support the school’s administration of safeguarding responsibilities. 

The successful candidate will:

• Maintain high levels of confidentiality in all areas of their work

• Be flexible and hardworking and able to work under pressure

• Be able to follow school procedures and use their own initiative as required and be a good team player

• Have strong IT skills including in MS Office, SIMS, data inputting

• Have good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
