(Full Time. Permanent. 37hrs per week. Term Time plus 5 days)

Based within our Safeguarding Team, we’re looking for a Safeguarding Administrator. Your responsibilities will include a range of complex administrative duties to support the Safeguarding Team to deliver a consistent, high quality, integrated and seamless service.

You will handle extremely sensitive information and be the first point of contact for the Safeguarding Team.

The role includes;

●     Oversight of accurate safeguarding records/data including, CPOMS, ON GUARD, DV notifications, student record updates from outside agencies, reports and keeping Safeguarding data up to date

●     Identify safeguarding cause for concerns on CPOMS and ON GUARD and allocate to appropriate staff so these can be dealt with in a timely manner 

●     To work with complex ICT packages including SIMS, EduLink, Class charts, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, CPOMS and ON GUARD.

●     Run reports using CPOMS to collate data comparisons, provide statements and reports for the Safeguarding Team, SLT, Governors and outside agencies.

●     General Safeguarding duties as required, including break and lunch duties, attending a weekly meeting and taking minutes to add to CPOMS, filing, post, word processing, room bookings, taxi bookings, telephone duties, input information on a range of databases and spreadsheets and any other reasonable request as needed.

●     To contribute to Academy life and the overall vision and values of the Co-op Academy Trust

●      To attend and participate in training, other learning activities and performance development as required
