An excellent opportunity to join an outstanding school situated on the edge of Exmoor and close to the sand and surf coastline of North Devon. The vacancy is a full-time position (Term time plus some holiday working may be considered) to commence as soon as practical.

In order to support our existing staff and Leadership Teams to meet and deliver our safeguarding and pastoral support regulatory requirements and enhanced support, we seek to appoint an individual who has the relevant skills, knowledge, experiences and empathy to this new position.

 Purpose

To provide professional, comprehensive and confidential safeguarding assistance to the DSL as well as general administrative support to the Senior Management Team

 West Buckland is a school founded in 1858 intended to offer an excellent education based on Christian values. It stands in nearly 100 acres of grounds, surrounded by farmland, near the western edge of Exmoor. Its rural location is outstandingly beautiful. The school is now a leading, multi-cultural community for boys and girls across North Devon and beyond

  • Strong administrative skills.
