We all share the same goal at The Howard, to bring out the best in our young people.  As a result, students achieve highly and make very good progress.  Our teaching staff are highly qualified and all are graduates or teachers with specialist qualifications in their respective subject areas. The Headteacher is supported by a team of senior leaders and curriculum areas are led by Heads of Faculty and Subject Leaders.  Year Leaders and Year Managers lead the year teams and are responsible for students’ pastoral care. The school is also very well-supported by highly capable and professional support staff in both student-facing and administration roles. Staff development is an important and ongoing priority, and significant investment is put into staff training.
