We are looking for an emotionally intelligent and resilient individual who wishes to support the positive development of student welfare.

As a member of our Pastoral team, the post-holder will play a crucial role in safeguarding our pupils ensuring that, where there are concerns regarding a pupil’s wellbeing, the appropriate action is taken .This will involve working alongside pupils and their families, as well as colleagues in school and professionals from external agencies. The post-holder will also ensure that there are quality assurance mechanisms in place to monitor, review and evaluate arrangements for the prevention of harm and protection of children.
