We are looking for confident communicator, who enjoys the challenge of working toward targets and has a proven track record of sourcing new business as well as developing good relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.

As a Sales Executive you will be engaging with employers to understand their business objectives and then work with colleagues to develop training solutions and proposals which are tailored to meet the employer needs. You will be expected to support curriculum teams with research and market intelligence to develop new services and products.

A motivated, positive, self-starter with the ability to persuade and influence and with good negotiation skills. You will already have experience in a business development, recruitment or sales role ideally with experience in an apprenticeship training environment. You will demonstrate an ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and provide weekly progress reports to demonstrate actual performance

You will engage with local, regional and national employers to secure opportunities through telesales and face to face meetings.
