Sales Team Leader

Stockton Riverside College and NETA Training Trust joined forces in August 2015 in a move to drive forward apprenticeships and vocational training in the region.  The merger allows both organisations to achieve future growth while meeting the needs and demands of the surrounding communities.  Both the College and NETA provide post 16 education and training, offering a wide range of apprenticeships, commercial, vocational, academic, community and higher education courses making a huge difference to thousands of local people and businesses.  We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Team Leader to manage the Sales / Business Development Co-ordinators to develop, monitor and contribute to targets, engage with businesses to develop effective employer engagement and grow the college’s apprenticeship and commercial training across a range of sectors.  Applicants should have a proven track record of leading and motivating a sales team, achieving challenging targets, deadlines and outputs.   An understanding of apprenticeships and Government funding is also desirable.  If you feel you have the necessary skills, experience, attributes, flexibility and capacity to work under pressure in order to meet targets and achieve goals, we would be delighted to hear from you.   Appointment is conditional upon a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.   Closing date: Monday 3 April 2017  Interviews: Friday 7 April 2017  Please note: we only accept applications made via our official application form.
