School Administrative Assistant

18 hours per week Wednesday-Friday 9.00-3.30pm
40 weeks per year (Term time plus 2 weeks)
Permanent

We are looking to appoint a School Administrative Assistant to support the Business Manager in undertaking a range of administrative duties to support the Nursery School Office functions such as admissions, collection of dinner money and other general administrative duties.

You will 

• Have a good standard of literacy and Numeracy

• Have excellent IT skills to be able to fully utilise Microsoft office 

• Be highly organised to maintained systems and office processes

• Be a competent record keeper to maintain electronic and manual records
