Job description: School Administrator 

The role is permanent, starting as soon as possible

Salary: Grade C  L2 (term time only + 2 days)

Contract type: 36 hrs/ week: 8.00 am daily start

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has ideally at least 2 years customer service and administration experience in a school, charity or other complex “front facing” organisation

• Has a positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to problem solve, pursue a solution and communicate clearly and professionally with our community.

• Is able to juggle a range of tasks and requests simultaneously all the time maintaining a big smile!

We are ideally located and within walking distance of West Finchley underground station and popular bus routes.  There is free off-street parking nearby.  

This role is based as the front of house in our wonderful infant school.  You will build warm and supportive relations with our families and staff.   The appointed post-holder will be expected to work on-site.  For more information including the application pack visit our website www.mosshall.school

Moss Hall Infant School is a special place.  Our Early Years team build on the language, interests and independence fostered at home and in nursery settings and through our carefully created and unique curriculum, we develop happy, resilient learners, ready to take on the challenges of KS1 and 2.
