About the Opportunity


Are you an experienced school administrator looking to enhance your career and able to support administrators of your team? 

Do you have fantastic customer service skills both written and verbal?

Are you passionate about education and have enthusiasm to promote your school?



If so, then we would really love to hear from you!


Your primary focus will be to lead on the provision and development of pupil support services. With exceptional customer care to all stakeholders, you will be responsible for undertaking administrative and organisational processes within our school and promoting the school marketing.



We would like someone who can confidently organise the school office to ensure that routine clerical functions are undertaken efficiently in line with the DfE protocol. This is alongside providing an exceptional reception service for the school to ensure that visitors and callers are dealt with appropriately, including external bodies and senior stakeholders – so excellent communication and customer service care is essential!



About You


Experience in general clerical/administrative work, preferably in a school environment

Math’s and English GCSE grade C or equivalent

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Outlook is essential

An NVQ L3 qualification or equivalent is desirable


We would like you to be a proactive individual; able to organise staff absence cover as required; be responsible for the locally held petty cash and for all processes of daily income, including banking as necessary in line with WHF Financial Procedures.
